GREAT BALLS OF FIRE (STILL) COMMETH – A PERSEID PYROTECHNICS ROUNDUP

perseid-meteor_2

A while ago, we posted about the Perseid 2013 Meteor Shower during it’s peak, and while you may have missed the fireworks display or were disappointed with the view you got due to light pollution or a bad location, plenty of lucky souls got a pretty awesome view of it, and were armed with cameras, and low shutter speeds. What’s more, with a little luck, you may still be able to catch the last streaks as the events come to a close on the 24th of August.
However, don’t fret, you’ll get to catch the entire live show again somewhere in the middle of the next decade. But for now, here are some trippy shots and videos from various sources, with this music if you may.

And now, we leave you with the following videos.

Timelapse time!

Here’s the motherload, if time permits.

The ‘sorcery’ behind some of those mesmerising shots.
